[Paper] Enhanced delivery of quercetin by encapsulation in poloxamers by supercritical antisolvent process

We have studied  the encapsulation of quercetin antioxidants in poloxamer surfactants (Pluronic (R)) with the objective of achieving a formulation with an enhanced solubility in aqueous media that can improve the bioavailability of this compound.
