Cristina Andrés Iglesias degreed in Agricultural Engineering (agricultural and food industries special field) in 2007 form University of Salamanca. In 2010 she finished her 2-year Master degree in Engineering research for agroforesty development from University of Valladolid. On the Food Technology Area of the same University she got her PhD with the thesis: “Chemical characterization of differential sensory compounds in alcoholic and non-alcoholic lager beers. Effect of dealcoholization process”. During her PhD studies she performed part of her research at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. From 2015 she is a member of HPPG specialized on GC-MS analysis and methods development. She also has worked on catalyst synthesis, copolymerization processes and laboratory coordination. Actually, she is developing a new research about spectroscopic detection of liquids through containers at the Associated Unit UVa-CSIC through the Astrobiology Center in wich the HPPG collaborates.
